New Year's Eve in The Woolshed

Raise a glass and celebrate the final night of 2026 in the beautiful surroundings of Ayrburn’s Woolshed.
Join us for a special New Year’s Eve set menu at $195 per person, with an evening of delicious food and plenty of festive spirit. Gather around the table with friends and loved ones and settle in for a memorable night as we farewell 2026 in true Ayrburn style.
Once dinner draws to a close, the celebrations continue. Make your way over to the Bakehouse, where a live band will set the stage for an evening of music, dancing and good times as we count down to midnight and welcome 2027.
It’s an evening designed to be enjoyed from start to finish — from a long, celebratory dinner in the Woolshed to dancing your way into the new year.
Bookings are essential, so gather your favourite people and make a night of it. We look forward to raising a glass with you and celebrating the arrival of 2027 together.
