"In homage to Adrian Burr, the prior owner of the land and New Zealand arts philanthropist, The Burr Bar is a cocktail and dispense bar with an external terrace area with fireplaces. It is a joyful exaggeration, the ‘fruit cocktail’ within the precinct’s portfolio."
