Wine Tasting

Hosted tastings in our Barrel Room

Take a journey through our sub-regional offering with special single vineyard wines from Gibbston, Bannockburn and Bendigo. Guided tastings occur on the hour from 11:00am daily.

Sophie Parker-Thomson

Sophie is a Master of Wine and has worked with Ayrburn on our wine production from conception.

Sophie’s advisory role covers sourcing, planning and programming. Raised in the wine growing regions of Gisborne and Central Otago, you could say grapes are in her veins!
