Sophie Parker-Thomson

Sophie is a Master of Wine and has worked with Ayrburn on our wine production from conception.

Sophie’s advisory role covers sourcing, planning and programming. Raised in the wine growing regions of Gisborne and Central Otago, you could say grapes are in her veins!
