Here, you'll delve into special single vineyard selections from Gibbston, Bannockburn, and Bendigo, with guided sessions running hourly from 11 am. 

Or, if you prefer a more independent exploration, The Manure Room invites you to embark on a self-guided wine flight – the perfect opportunity to swirl, sniff, sip, and savour at your own pace. And when you find a favourite (or a few!), our Cellar Door and retail spaces in both The Manure Room and R.M Prime Produce are ready to help you select and package them up to enjoy at home.
